Combining our two favourite pulling tools to help you build upper body strength and focus on your body rotation, the PULLING ANKLE STRAP and the‚ FOAM PULL BUOY‚ are designed to allow you to improve your pull and perfect your body position.

The Pulling Ankle Strap is a rubber strap worn around ankles to eliminate kicking, while the Foam Pull Buoy is held between the thighs‚ to promote an elevated body position by‚ lifting hips and legs.

When used together, that's where the magic happens. The Pulling Ankle Strap holds ankles together, while the Foam Pull Buoy provides buoyancy‚ to help build upper body strength and increase focus on correct hip rotation.

Aligned from head to toe, this power duo shifts the focus to build upper body strength and improve symmetry.
