Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During sale periods, product launches, public holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be longer.
Orders are processed on business days only and are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

We ship to New Zealand only outside Australia.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@jolyn.au and include your order number.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Investigation timeframes are determined by the carrier.
