SUIT
JOLYN suits generally fit more snugly than many other swimwear brands. The best way to find your size is to take your measurements and compare them with our size chart.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size.

Coverage varies by style. We recommend checking the product description and fit notes on each product page to find the level of coverage that suits you best.

JOLYN training swimwear is designed for regular pool use and offers strong chlorine resistance compared with standard fashion swimwear.

We recommend rinsing your suit in cold water after each use and letting it air dry naturally.
Please avoid washing machines, dryers, bleach, harsh detergents, and high heat, as these may damage the fabric and reduce the life of the garment.
Some core styles or colours may be restocked, but restocks are not guaranteed. Many prints, seasonal colours, and limited styles may not return once sold out.

If you receive an error such as “street address and postal code do not match,” it usually means the billing address entered does not match the address registered with your payment method.
Please check your billing details with your bank or card provider, or try a different payment method. If you still need help, please contact hello@jolyn.au.
In many cases, duplicate charges shown on your bank statement are temporary authorisation holds rather than completed charges.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact your bank first. If the issue remains, email hello@jolyn.au and we will look into it.
Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it, including updating the shipping address, changing items, or changing the shipping method.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking information after dispatch.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact hello@jolyn.au as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
SHIPPING
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Processing may take longer during sale periods, product launches, public holidays, or peak periods.
Orders are processed on business days only and are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather events, and carrier conditions.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Where available, free shipping will be applied on the terms displayed at checkout or as otherwise advertised.
Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing checkout.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
No – orders placed on jolyn.com must be returned to the US.Please contact contact@jolyn.com for return instructions.
If you return an item purchased with loyalty points:
- Points will be refunded according to the original site’s policy
- Returns must be processed through the original order channel (US or AU)
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our return conditions.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for change-of-mind return, refund, or exchange.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from stains, odours, deodorant, sunscreen, makeup, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with the hygienic liner fully intact
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear only.

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
If you would like a different size, style, or colour, please place a new order and return your original item if it meets the return conditions.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a return, please contact hello@jolyn.au with your order number, full name, contact details, reason for return, and clear photos if relevant.
Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Nothing in our policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a product has a minor problem, we may repair the item within a reasonable time. If we cannot do so, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Loyalty points earned on jolyn.com can be used on orders shipping to Australia until 30 April 2026.
After this date, points can still be used on jolyn.com, After that, points remain valid on jolyn.com but only for orders shipping to the US, Canada, or UK.
We recommend redeeming your points before 30 April 2026 if you would like to ship to Australia.
At the moment, we do not have any physical store locations in Australia or New Zealand.
JOLYN Australia is currently available online only.
Yes. JOLYN training swimwear is designed for frequent pool use and active movement.
Yes. JOLYN swimwear can be worn in salt water. As with all swimwear, we recommend rinsing the garment in cold water after use and air drying.
JOLYN suits are designed to fit snugly, especially when dry. The fit should feel secure without restricting movement.
